Australia & International Delivery


DELIVERY CONTRACTORS?

Courier selection is available at checkout for you to choose from. These currently include Australia Post, Couriers Please and FedEX/TNT. Depending on your location, some of the delivery contractors not be offered to you.

 

If we determine that the chosen contractor is not the best fit, we will make the change and advise you accordingly. 

 

Please note that Couriers Please and FedEX/TNT only deliver to street addresses and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

 

EXPRESS POST

Express post is available for all orders. If you require an expedited service, please select this option. Express Post orders are given priority when picking and packing.

 

All Express Post services are provided by Australia Post, however occasionally FedEx/TNT will be used if it is deemed to be a faster service. 

 

DELIVERY RATES

The true cost of shipping will be passed onto the customer at checkout. We do not profit on shipping costs. These costs cover the shipping consignment and the packaging used.

 

A shipping calculator is available in checkout for you to determine the best cost of shipping. 

 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Authority to Leave (ATL) is available to choose whilst completing checkout. This will advise the Courier that you would like your order to be left at your delivery location if nobody is present to receive delivery. Once Authority to Leave is given you have accepted responsibility for the goods to be left unattended. Insurance is not available for parcels that have been delivered with Authority to Leave. Please refer to our insurance page for more information. 

 

Cheaper Courier options do become available when Authority to Leave has been chosen.

 

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES FOR ORDERS

Whilst we can ensure that we will ship your order on time, we cannot guarantee delivery days, dates or times, however we can give you an estimate guideline of when you can expect your order to be delivered.

 

Brisbane Metropolitan – 1 - 3 business days

Sunshine & Gold Coast and Toowoomba – 1- 3 business days

Queensland Regional (including Far North QLD) – 1 - 4 business days

Sydney & Melbourne Metropolitan – 1 - 4 business days

Outside Metropolitan Area & Regional NSW, Victoria & Tasmania – 3 - 7 business days

South & Western Australia and Northern Territory – 5 - 10 business days

 

Please Note:  These delivery lead times are purely guides and once the order is in the hands of Australia Post or the Courier we cannot guarantee delivery days & times.

 

TRACKING NUMBERS & DELIVERY QUERIES

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your junk email before you contact us. If there is no tracking, please let us know so we can give it to you. 

 

In the unlikely event your order has not arrived within the above guidelines then please contact us immediately by email with your order number and we will follow up with the Delivery Contractor to find out the status of your order. 

 

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Shipping insurance can be purchased for certain delivery methods at checkout. Please refer to our shipping insurance page.

 

RETURNED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned to us due to an error in address supplied by yourself or if a parcel is uncollected from the collection point, we r eserve the right to pass on the additional charges incurred with our freight provider to the customer. For the order to be resent, the full freight cost of the freight is required to be paid. A return to sender fee is also applicable as Australia Post pass on this cost to us for all returned parcels. The current return to sender fee is as follows;

 

eParcel Regular Post - $11.50

eParcel Express Post - $25.00

 

If you have been instructed to return a parcel to us, do not mark the parcel "Return to Sender" unless you have been instructed to do so. Parcels marked "Return to Sender or RTS" will have the Return to Sender fee deducted from the refund or credit. 

 

If you choose to receive a refund for your order, the full cost of freight and the return to sender fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the applicable refund.

 

If an international parcel is returned to us due to being refused by the customer or customs, the cost of freight and any return freight will be deducted from the refund.
